Helios EC64
The EVK HELIOS EC64 is a hyperspectral camera that provides optically corrected and spatially resolved spectral data. The line scan camera features non-contact and non-destructive shortwave infrared imaging spectroscopy for real-time identification of material types based on their chemical composition.
Equipped with 640 pixels spatial sensor resolution, EVK HELIOS EC64 measures in the wavelength range from 930 nm to 1700 nm and scans full spectrum at a scan rate of >700 Hz. The hyperspectral camera is ideal for industrial high speed applications demanding enhanced precision in object classification. Connection to existing processing systems is possible via GigE Vision/GenICam.

The EVK HELIOS EQ32 is a hyperspectral imaging camera with an integrated classification system. This powerful analysis system is based on non-contact and non-destructive short-wavelength infrared imaging spectroscopy.
The EVK HELIOS system analyses chemical properties of objects and makes distinction of material types not visible to color cameras. The internal processing engine delivers qualitative and quantitative information of material streams e.g. analyte concentrations or material compositions.
The camera convinces as a spatially resolved real-time measurement system with powerful data processing and high-precision signal processing for analytical, industrial applications.

Inductive sensors measure the electrical and magnetic properties of various materials to detect ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
EVK ABAS inductive metal sensors provide spatially resolved information about different metals in bulk material flows. The metal scanner is mounted under a conveyor belt and operates in real time, is fully automated, and specifically designed for industrial applications. Particularly in sensor-based sorting and inspection, the sensor serves to visualize and detect the electrical conductivity properties of materials.

SQALAR Software
The software EVK SQALAR is used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of chemical properties of individual objects, as well as for easy creation of chemometric models for flexible application development. EVK SQALAR enables the monitoring and measurement of user-defined properties of individual objects or bulk material streams and helps to improve the quality, consistency, and safety of products at all stages of industrial processing.
The software in combination with the EVK HELIOS Hyperspectral imaging systems enables a non-invasive, interruption-free, measurement of chemical concentrations of all objects in a product stream.
