About the Role
The Sales team is accountable for finding, winning and keeping customers; it's the driving force of our revenue generation. Reporting to the Sales Director, the Sales Manager, UK is responsible for the creation and overall implementation of the UK Sales Plan, leading the UK Sales Team to find and win new business prospects and opportunities, as well as growing and retaining our existing customer base through strategic account management and partnership.

To support the continued growth of the team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to play a critical role in the Spanish market. The ideal person would be able to:
Identify and follow up new customer opportunities from a variety of leads – these can be inbound marketing, exhibitions or the results of your own prospecting
Visit and meeting with potential new customers to understand their needs and present our range of products and solutions
Identify and develop business opportunities within various vertical markets where we are present such as factory automation, food, automotive, logistics, scientific and pharmaceuticals (to name just some of the industries that we operate in!)
Provide account management support to existing customers, building and nurturing our existing customer relationships
