Registration is open for ClearView’s next live event. The focus will be on 3D vision and deep learning, with presentations from industry experts and live demos of the latest technology. The event will take place on October 9th 2018 in Milton Keynes at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel, to complement their exhibition at Robotics and Automation.

3D vision and deep learning are driving the machine vision systems of tomorrow to offer greater efficiencies, cost reductions and a sharper competitive advantage. We are very excited to share our knowledge of these technologies and how they can be applied across a number of sectors to help all sorts of businesses

This October event will be our third this year, due to the overwhelmingly positive feedback we’ve received and requests for more. With machine vision systems appealing to a wider swathe of businesses than ever before, ClearView will be focusing on specific business benefits these systems can offer.

ClearView’s technical experts will guide delegates through some of the most advanced technologies available in business-case terms. ClearView will also be exhibiting at Robotics and Automation at the adjoining Arena MK, adding an extra ‘real-world’ dimension for those attending both events.

Allan Anderson, the founder and managing director of ClearView Imaging, states:

“There is a clear need for ever-better machine vision technology across a growing number of business sectors. 3D vision and deep learning are two of the hottest areas of development and we have some fantastic speakers lined up, who will demo some of the latest technologies live, applying them to real-world business scenarios. Our previous events have steadily grown in popularity and we are delighted to be hosting our third event of the year. Places fill up fast, so I advise anyone interested to get in there early. Head to our event page and fill out the form to reserve your space.”

The proposed agenda will cover:

3D Vision – How it’s Making Everything Clearer

  • Review main 3D scanning technologies
  • 3D sensor comparisons
  • 3D analysis utilising Matrox Imaging Library (MIL)
  • 3D examples

Deep Learning – Evolution from AI, Machine Learning, to Deep Learning

  • In-depth look into the new era of deep learning for industrial vision
  • The difference between DNNs, ANNs and CNNs
  • Industrial applications for deep learning
  • Deep learning demos

Complete the registration form here to reserve your space for the event. We’ll keep in touch with updates as more details are confirmed.
